The house has a charming coastal interior which has been fully updated. The open floor plan features a master bedroom with a queen-size bed and an ensuite slate modern bathroom with a bathtub/ shower and pedestal sink. The first guestroom has a queen-size platform bed, all chocolate wood furniture and bright colored bedding...the bathroom adjacent to the guestroom features a beautiful large pebble shower and vessle sink on the pebble bath cabinet. The second guestroom is the perfect little room for the kids, with an ensuite tiled bathroom that has a shower and pedestal sink. This room sleeps one adult or two kids.

The modern open kitchen is fully updated with beautiful white cabinetry, ocean blue granite countertops, and all stainless steel appliances. The kitchen has a countertop bar which is the perfect place for margaritas and appetizers! The living room features a lovely fireplace and flows into an open office area with a great lounge chair to relax in & read your favorite book. The adjoining dining area overlooks the pool, outdoor seating area, and an inviting hammock where your kids can lounge!
