This in-law cottage is perched atop a shop garage with a pool table once owned by Anne Rice, a dartboad, exercise room with an elliptical trainer and plenty of room to play outside amongst the HUGE redwoods! The cottage has 2 bedrooms (one has a queen bed and the other a king) and one bathroom with two sinks and a bathtub and shower. Kitchen is fully stocked with equipment for cooking. A small deck serves as a perfect place for your morning coffee.
Main house on property is occupied, cottage is detached and private.
