Dream Catcher is a two-story, very cozy cottage, located in Roads End, 
Lincoln City, in a quiet and private neighborhood, away from 
traffic.  The top floor offers an Ocean View from the deck, open 
living room and kitchen area. The double lot provides plenty of 
parking and plenty of room for your fishing boat. Sunbathe, star 
gaze or enjoy relaxing in the private garden, complete with an array of 
flowers, large pine tree, shrubs and birds. There are two skylights 
within the home. Kitchen displays a lovely view of the private 
garden. The bottom floor has a small private room with Futon, TV and 
bathroom, perfect for lounging, reading and watching videos. This 
wonderful beach retreat offers shopping at the many stores of 
Lincoln City.  Close by, you will find the Outlet Mall, Chinook 
Winds Casino, perfect beaches and the freshness of the ocean breeze.

Rates in US Funds-- FULL PAYMENT Due at time of reservation. Please confirm your rental date via 
email.  
We will hold your  reservation dates but can only secure this when payment is received. 
Rates are subject to change without notice and current rates will only be honored when payment has 
been 
received.

PEAK SEASON: (May 1st- Sept 30th) 
$165/night or $1,000/week (7 nights)

HOLIDAY RATES: Same as PEAK SEASONS (3 Night Min.)

OFF SEASON: (Oct 1st - April 30th)
$125/night or $850/week (7 nights)

Security/Damage Deposit (Refundable)     $150.00
Cleaning Fee: (Non- Refundable)                $75.00
     Note: cleaning service will charge an additional $20.00 per hour
     should property be left especially messy. This amount will
     be deducted from your security deposit.

PAYMENT METHOD:
Cash and Checks accepted. We accept credit card/debit card payments 
through “PAYPAL”.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations must be received 30 days prior to 
your arrival date. A full refund can be expected within 10 business 
days. There will be no refunds for cancellations that occur short of 
the 30 days, however we will be happy to reschedule you for days 
available up to 1 year after your cancellation.
