Gruene River Guest House sits on 2 beautiful acres on the Guadalupe River.  The property is within walking distance of the shops, restaurants and 'toobing' businesses in the historical hamlet of Gruene, Texas.

With 2 acres and over 150 feet of waterfront, the relaxation never ends. 

Bring your fishing pole, your golf clubs, and a good book.  Enjoy a picnic by the river, or a nap in a hammock under a shade tree.

If you enjoy live music, the property is a short 15 minute stroll from Gruene Hall.

If you enjoy the many water activities offered on the Guadalupe River, you can enter upstream using one of the shuttle services, and exit the river on the Gruene River Guest House waterfront.

The house is over 3000 sq. ft., with 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. 

SEASONAL SPECIAL RATES!

During the off season, October 15 through April 14, you may rent the whole house or rent the rooms individually.  Please keep in mind if you choose to rent only one or two rooms, the remaining rooms could be rented by people you do not know and you will be sharing the outdoor space.

TEXAS ROOM        $ 150.00 x 2 + 50 x 13% = $ 395.50 

FARM HOUSE        $ 350.00 x 2 + 75 x 13% = $ 875.75  booked Jan 15 > Apr 15

GARDEN ROOM      $ 180.00 x 2 + 50 x 13% = $ 463.30 

PARIS HOTEL        $ 250.00 x 2 + 75 x 13% = $ 649.75

All rooms 2 night minimum + cleaning fee + hotel tax = total for 2 nights.

Seasonal Special Rates do not apply to weddings, receptions, holidays or special events where you will invite guests not staying over night, for these types of events, you may book the whole house.

The Texas Room has 1 queen size bed, a sofa, TV, kitchenette and bathroom.

The Farm House has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, living area, TV, dining area table with 8 chairs, full kitchen, laundry room and indoor sun porch.  Each of the 2 bedrooms has 1 queen size bed and a TV.

The Garden Room has 2 queen size beds, TV, small sofa, kitchenette and a bathroom.

The Paris Hotel is 800 sq. ft. with 4 queen size beds, a queen sofa sleeper, TV, a table with 6 chairs, kitchenette and a bathroom.

All bedding and towels are furnished.

The 'Blue Moon Cantina' is the outdoor common area, where you will find a 42" gas grill, 2 gas burners, griddle, sink, refrigeration, commercial ice maker, lot's of storage and a  large flat screen TV.

We offer ample outdoor seating on our decks and patios by the pool in the backyard.

Less than a mile from Historic Gruene shops, restaurants and river activities.

Schlitterbahn is a short 5 minute drive.

Landa Park and Golf Course is 5 minutes by car.

San Antonio is less than an hour to its many attractions; Riverwalk, Fiesta Texas, Sea World, Alamo....etc.

Whole House Rates:

We have a 2 night minimum.

ALL rates add $250.00 cleaning fee and 13% hotel tax.

Nightly rate:

October 15 through April 14 --  $ 900.00

April 15 through October 14  --  $1400.00

Weekly Rental Rates based on 7 nights

October 15 through April 14 -- $4500.00

April 15 through October 14-- $7000.00

Weekly rates are based on full price.   We will not combine 'deals' or any other discount with weekly rates.  You may choose the stated weekly rate or a discount deal.

 Holiday weekends are 3 nights minimum -- Easter, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years.
