Vacation Rental Description

The Platinum is an all suite hotel. All rooms are 1 bedroom, with
separate sleeping and living space, each room contains one king 
bed with pillow top mattresses and sofa bed in separate living area 
and private balcony with mountain or city view. The room sizes are 
750 (solitaire) or 920 (princess) livable square feet, plus the balcony. 
Full kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, 
plasma cable/satellite TV in living area; cable/satellite TV 
in bedroom. High-speed wired and wireless Internet access (surcharge). 
Bathroom with jetted tub, walk in shower and dual-sink vanities.

All condos are 1 bedroom, 1 bath with pull out sofa bed. There are two
different suites; the solitaire and the princess. Aside from
the extra space, the princess also includes stackable washer/dryer, a
fireplace and larger plasma tv, when compared to the solitaire condo. 

Vacation Rental Amenities

While at the Platinum guests have dining choice including 24 hour room
service, restaurant on the 5th floor serving breakfast, lunch and
dinner and the lobby bar for drinks and appetizers. The hotel also has
a well spa with a full menu of massages, facials, manicures, pedicures
etc.. a fitness room, a 5th floor indoor/outdoor swimming pool and
jacuzzi overlooking the Las Vegas strip, with fire pits and
food/beverage service. Also available is a business center, meeting
rooms and banquet space.

Activities and Attractions

Platinum is a hip, modern boutique hotel, just 1 block East of the
strip. This is a non gaming hotel. There are only 255 hotel rooms,
which allows for a more intimate and peaceful setting when compared to
the larger strip properties, The hotel is conveniently located about 1
mile from the airport and the Las Vegas convention center.  

Vacation Rental Rates

To determine your rate go to hotel website
theplatinumhotel com and click
"reservations & rates" , then click "book direct now", enter your
desired dates to determine the hotels rate,(do not book through the
hotel website) from that amount take the discount specified below,
based on which room you would like to book. When booking through the
hotel there is an additional, 9% lodging tax, that is included in your
rate booking with me. Also when booking through the hotel you won't
get a specific room #, the hotel charges the same rate for the 5th
floor as it does the top floor(17), booking direct through me, you get
that specific condo.

Please book well in advance if you want a specific condo.

12th floor Strip view Solitaire- Platinum base rate less 35%
17th floor Strip view Solitaire- Platinum base rate less 30%
17th floor Strip view Princess-Platinum base rate less 30%

Minimum 3 night stay

Also available for extended stays, with increased discounts, send an
email for a quote. 

Guests will be billed directly by the hotel for cleaning charges. 
The checkout cleaning fee is $50. There is optional cleaning service 
available during your stay. The hotel offers a light cleaning for $25,
which includes fresh towels, beds made, trash emptied and vacuuming. Deep
cleanings are available for $50 and include the light cleaning
services plus the bed lines changed, bathroom cleaned/disenfected, 
load/empty dishwasher, mop floors, refrigerator emptied/wiped out, 
dusting and sweeping the patio.

We accept Visa, Mastercard or Paypal.

For reservations less than 30 days from check in; full payment 
due at time of booking. 

For reservations more than 30 days from check in; 25% payment due at
time of booking, and the balance due 30 days prior to check in.

Cancellations: For cancellation notice 30 days
or more from check in, a full refund less 25% of the reservation
amount (minimum $100) will be given. We are not able to offer refunds
for cancellations with less than 30 days notice from check in. 

Check in time is 4pm, Check out time is 11 am.   

All rooms are non-smoking, and guests will be charged a $250 fee if
there is smoke residue found in the room.

You will be staying in a full service hotel, and all other rules and
policies are the same as the hotels. You will be held financially
liable for all damage or theft of the condo room and its contents.  

Rates and availability can change daily, while we do our best to honor
quotes, guests understand rates and availability are not confirmed
until deposit is complete and receipt of booking is received by guest.
