This two bedroom, one bath house sleeps eight people comfortably.

Need something at Wal-Mart?  Try three minutes away!  Hungry?  Find 25+ restaurants within a five mile radius.  Most importantly, both Rehoboth Beach and the beaches in Lewes are just 5 minutes away.  Access to everything, coupled with privacy away from it all, all for an extremely affordable price!  

Property has a separate efficiency apartment in the back yard, which has one year-round renter currently living in it.  Renter does share the driveway and yard.

There is a 2-night minimum stay; check in is 3:00PM and check out is 11:00AM

Sunday through Thursday rates: $150/night

Friday and Saturday rates: $225/night

Holiday rates (Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day and New Years Eve): $275/night

There is a refundable security deposit of $300; cleaning fee of $100.
