Contemporary casual style home on the shores of Lake Michigan. 107' of private white sandy beach and sometimes referred to as the "gold coast" of West Michigan. The home has all you need to enjoy a wonderful vacation. You can walk for miles in either direction. And if you tire of the beach scene you can head downtown which is just 15 minutes away. Grand Haven is a unique resort area and offers quaint shops and restaurants to meet whatever you are looking for.

The Master Bedroom is on the main floor with a queen size bed and its own bath. The lower walk out level has 3 bedrooms with double beds. Main level also has the kitchen, dining, living room and 1/2 bath. Lower level also has a family room. You walk out from the lower level to go to the beach.

The main attraction is Lake Michigan with its magnificent sunsets (a photographers delight) which are ever changing. Here is what could be a typical day:  breakfast on the deck overlooking the beach and planning your day's activities- maybe even an early morning swim or run, then down to the beach for relaxing under an umbrella reading all those books you intended to read all last year, then either a picnic on the beach or back up on the deck for lunch,  then followed with a nap on the beach listening to the sounds of the lake or taking off for a game of tennis or golf. The day just kinda slips away. Paradise. So many restaurants to choose from if you don't just want to hang out and grill and watch another fabulous sunset. Everything you want/need is just minutes away.

Whatever you are looking for it is here. Golf, tennis, marinas, shopping, restaurants not to mention the beach. Lake Michigan is great for just about every water activity - you can launch your boat at the near-by marina and if it is a wave runner or jet ski or small sail boat you can park it on the beach in front of the cottage. If you are into fishing you can hire a boat and go out in the lake or you can fish off of the north pier. Downtown Grand Haven is great for just walking around. There is a boardwalk which offers views of the lake and local shops.

July & August are prime weeks - $3400.00 per week

1/2 of the rent is due at time of booking - $1700.00

Final payment is due one month prior to occupancy.

$1700.00 + 100.00 (cleaning fee) + 500.00 refundable security deposit

Final payment is $2300.00.

Rents from Monday to Monday. Please check availability on the calendar.

June & September - $3000.00 per week.

$3000. + 100 + 500 = 3600.

Winter - $1500.00 per month plus utilities
