vacation rental description
The condo is located right on the beach and provides a specteacular view of the ocean from this top floor unit. Beautiful and easy access beach is at your feet to walk, fly kites and general frolicking. It is super quiet since there is no one above to disturb. The place has been recently renovated. There are two queen size beds available. The master bedroom has its own full bathroom.

condo rental amenities
There is 700 square feet of living space (third floor units are larger) so there is no cramped feeling of a hotel room. There is well equiped kitchen if you want to prepare your own meals. However, there is no oven if you want to bake somethig. There is a large toaster oven for heating pizza etc. There are plenty of good resturants close by. Factory outlet stores are withen walking distance and a shuttle to the casino is free.

vacation rental rates
Daily rate $85-105. Two nights minimum plus $40-50 cleaning fee and city and state taxesof ten and one half percent. For emample two night stay for two guests is $232.05 and for four guests $276.25. More nights stay lowers the per night rate. Weekly rate starting at $650 plus cleaning charge and tax. Monthly rate $13000-1700 (for 28 days). No taxes for monthly rental. We keep the same rate year round and all days of the week.
Cancellation:- If necessary please let us know at least fifteen days in advance of your arrival. We may have to keep part of your funds if we can not find some one to take the dates you had reserved.
