Spacious Golf Villa -- Walk to Beach in Hilton Head Island

Located in a gated community on the first tee of the Brigantine Golf Course in Shipyard Plantation, this elegantly furnished 3-bedroom Sailmaster villa offers 1900 plus square feet of luxurious living. Each room is decorated in a singular style which blends with the overall decor of the home. A king-sized master bedroom suite, office area, living room (with fireplace), dining room, kitchen and laundry/utility room are on the first floor. The patio area off both the master bedroom and living room measures about 600 sq. feet and offers both privacy and a scenic view of the golf course, as well as grilling and outdoor dining. Two large bedrooms, each with private bath and balcony, are on the second floor. The second bedroom boasts a queen bed, while the third bedroom contains a set of twin beds. All bedrooms have cable television and either VCR or DVD player, as does the living room. The Beach is a 15 minute walk or bike ride from the villa. In the summer season, there is a 'courtesy cart' shuttle available between 9:00 AM and 4:00 PM. A large pool is also on site for guests.

Other island activities include miniature golf, bowling, cinemas, horseback riding, sightseeing, shelling, boating, dolphin cruises and wild life viewing . Savannah is forty minutes away and Charleston is approximately a two hour car trip. Both cities offer many historic sites and tourist attractions, as well as gracious southern dining experiences. The world famous Van Der Meer Tennis Center is a short walk away; courts can be reserved for a reasonable fee. Free public courts are within a mile of the villa.
