completely refurbished (July '04) to a very high standard & redecorated end of 2010.
The screened in lanai overlooks the Delnor-Wiggins Pass, the Gulf of Mexico and the private swimming pool.
Fully fitted kitchen.
One full bathroom plus walk-in dressing room with vanity unit. King size bed and sofa-bed in the lounge. Apartment is spacious with through lounge/diner and ceramic tiles throughout. 3 minute walk to the beautiful Vanderbilt beach.
