Santa Barbara Vacation Rentals’ Casa Mariposa is a fully restored Spanish Hacienda reminiscent of the 1920’s in the heart of Montecito and only a 12 minute walk to exclusive Butterfly Beach, next to the Four Seasons Biltmore. The Casa features 3 bedrooms, a bonus room with a pull out queen sized sofa sleeper and 4 bathrooms with walk in showers or tubs. In addition, there is a separate bathroom in the pool cabana. Two Master Suites feature Queen sized beds and wood burning fireplaces. Beautifully restored wood floors are covered with antique rugs and comfortable couches and chairs abound. The guest bedroom features a queen sized bed and the bonus room has a queen sized pull out sofa sleeper. There is also a separate working office that features both WiFi and hard-wired modem access.

The Casa has 4 indoor fireplaces and 1 outdoor fireplace in the interior courtyard for romantic gatherings or morning breakfast.

There is a fully appointed gourmet kitchen with Subzero appliances, refrigerator drawers in the cabinetry and another full-sized refrigerator with ice maker in the garage. Copper sinks (both full and bar) enhance the beautiful hand-painted tile on the counters and splash backs. A fully stocked wine cellar adds additional elegance to this luxurious home. You may choose your own wine for $30 per bottle.

There is a flat-screen TV in each of the 3 bedrooms and in a separate entertainment room. There is a stereo system with speakers in every room, as well as outdoor speakers around the yard and pool area.  

An outdoor sink and refrigerator sits close by the separate pool cabana with its own shower and bathroom. The pool has the look of a mountain lake and features a separate Jacuzzi.  Enjoy a glass of wine in the newly constructed wine cellar with tasting room and comfortable seating, located on the lower level of the property near the pool.

• Cleaning fee and security deposit are subject to change on stays of 30 days or longer.
