Vacation Rental Description

Imagine seven miles of white, sandy beaches, just steps from your  
door! This immaculate, two bedroom, each with full, private  
bathroom, apartment is in the perfect location on the beach. Park  
your car in our assigned, covered parking space and walk to  
everything, great restaurants, grocery store, bank, library,  
shopping of every sort and still within walking distance to Times  
Square (the resort, entertainment and souvenier shop area). 25 cent  
beach trolley stops in front of our building. 
There are two cable TV's, telephone answering machine and a VCR. 
Fully equipped kitchen, breakfast bar, all linens, towels and even  
beach towels and portable beach chairs. Sofa sleeper for extra  
guests. 
Our beautiful heated pool is one of the few gulfside. You can sun on  
the deck, swim in the pool and still view the beach and gulf. There  
is a gas grill where you can cook and then enjoy dinner and watch  
the famous sunsets from our screened balcony. 
Ours is a very comfortable and roomy condo, especially for a long  
term rental. We know it will be very easy to call it 'home away from  
home".

Vacation Rental Rates

May 1 - November 30 - $650.00 week 
December 1 - December 22 - $1025.00 week 
December 23 - December 31 - $1125.00 week 
January 1 - April 30 - $1025.00 week  
 
(February rented alone, not in conjuction with another month 
$1125.00 week).  
Holiday weeks are plus $100 
Rates are for 4 people. Add $50 per week each additional person, up  
to 2 more people (maximum 6 people). In the event of a cancellation,  
all monies will be returned if unit is again rented for the entire  
rental length of the contract 
 
All plus 11% Florida tax. Sorry, we do not accept 
credit cards. American Funds Only. Until confirmed, 
rates are subject to change without notice.  
 
Rental length and other restrictions may apply. 
Holiday Periods (Easter, July 4th,Christmas etc) may be higher.
