All bathrooms are granite, slate and/or travertine with random flagstone in the high traffic areas and soft carpet in the family areas and bedrooms. Indirect and mood lighting throughout.

The home is set up for entertainment for everyone or just relax on the deck and enjoy the views. Excellent hiking, snowmobiling and cross-country skiing trails are a five minute drive or easy walk away.

Bike trails are abundant in the area. Try the bike lift at North Star for downhill (at this time free during the week!) . Hiking trails are endless and beautiful. Lake fishing companies out of Tahoe City if you don’t have your own boat, and of course all the lake activities. Amazing golf, miniature golf, hiking, cycling, rafting, fishing and year round casinos await you!

You are less than 20 minutes from 5 major ski resorts of Squaw Valley, Alpine Meadows, Homewood, Mt. Rose and North Star. There are numerous shops in Tahoe City and fine restaurants all along the North Shore. Casinos are also about 15-20 minutes away and we conveniently located only 7 minutes from Tahoe City with shopping and great restaurants.

We provide a concierge book with activities, maps, coupons and restaurant / shopping recommendations to help you fully enjoy your stay in our home.

Pets are ok with refundable deposit, but are not allowed on beds or furniture(see our pet policy). For those who smoke, please do so outside only – this includes cigar smokers – sorry. We leave our shoes in the interior entry.

Please be advised, this property has a driveway or an access road that could be considered steep. Anyone renting this property during the snow season (NOV 15-APR 15) must bring a 4-wheel drive vehicle and/or always carry chains. Winter/snow tires will be required.
