10 minute to the supermarket, shops and restaurants of Progreso
town.
30 minutes from Merida, City. Near to many Mayans ruins.

You will find many English speaking people.
Since the December to March temperatures are a comfortable 70 - 75
degrees F during the day and into the low 60's at night.
In Progreso you will find a large supermarket, an outdoor market
with local produce, currency exchange offices, banks, laundries, 24
hour pharmacies.
You will find many fine seafood restaurants across from the beach
and drinks and food service on the sand. Sailing, windsurfing,
kayaking, etc. are available at a beach club on the west side of
Progreso, a short distance away. Bicycles can be rented. Fishing
can be arranged with a local fisherman or at the marina.
Another activities : Beach walks, bird watching, nature preserves,
boat rides, towns and haciendas.

$1,050.00 US/month utilities included.
NOTE: For rentals of 4 months or more, the rent is $950.00 US /month utilities included.
POLICIES :
Rental Rates are quoted for 1-6 persons
All Rates are in US Dollars.
25% of the total rental fee is required to confirm a reservation and
the remaining balance owning (PLUS A US$300.00 DAMAGE DEPOSIT) must be paid in full at least two weeks prior to your arrival.
If the time you want is not available, we suggest that you ask to be
placed on our waiting list . There is always the chance of a
cancellation.
