• $ 3,300.00 Per Month June through September 
• Reduced rates for long term rental of 4 months or more
• A deposit of 20% is required to hold reservation.  The balance is payable and due in full 60 days prior to your vacation stay.  A refundable deposit of $3,000.00 and a $150.00 cleaning fee are required on all bookings payable and due 60 days prior to vacation stay.
• Up to $200.00 allowance for electric, heat, A/C and gas for jacuzzi.
