• TENANT IS RESPONSIBLE TO PAY ALL ELECTRICITY AND GAS CHARGES DURING   YOUR LENGTH OF YOUR VACATION STAY.

A deposit is required to hold reservation.  The balance is payable and due in full 60 days prior to your vacation stay.  A refundable deposit of $1,200.00 or optional $600.00 WITH an $80 Insurance Policy Rider. Plus utilites $30.00 per day, and a $150.00 cleaning fee are required on all bookings payable and due 60 days prior to vacation stay.

• Renter is responsible for ALL Electric (A/C), Gas (heating up jacuzzi & pool) and phone bills.  ($30.00 per day as noted above)
• Landlord is responsible for water, TV Satelite service , pool and gardner service.
