DEPENDING ON THE MONTH AND LENGTH OF YOUR STAY, THE OCCUPANT/TENANT IS RESPONSIBLE TO PAY ELECTRICITY AND GAS CHARGES CONSUMED DURING THE LENGTH OF YOUR VACATION STAY. THE OWNER WILL DISCUSS THIS WITH YOU.
IF YOU WISH TO HEAT THE POOL OR SPA THERE WILL BE AN EXTRA FEE OF $30.00 PER DAY.

A deposit is required to hold a reservation. The balance is payable and due in full 60 days prior to your vacation stay. ALL STAYS require a refundable deposit of $1,200.00 (or) optional refundable deposit of $600.00 WITH a onetime $95.00 Insurance Policy Rider FEE. There is also a utilities FEE of $35.00 per day, and a onetime $150.00 cleaning FEE required on all bookings payable and due 60 days prior to your vacation stay.
If requested a wireless internet access port stick can be rented for a $35.00 FEE for the week or weekend.

Landlord is responsible for water, TV Satellite service, and pool and gardener service.
