The Cottage is on a tidal creek with lovely marsh view to enjoy wonderful sunsets. Large screened porch overlooking beautifully landscaped lot. Hardwood floors, plantation shutters. Utilities and appliances including washer dryer. Property comes with all appliances including dishwasher, microwave, washer and dryer, satellite television, furnishings, cookware, etc.

Blocks from Marina and Waterfront, the Cottage has been completely remodeled and the furnishings will make you feel right at home. St. Marys is Home to Cumberland Island National Seashore Museum and the Navy Submarine Museum. The “Cumberland Queen” and “Cumberland Princess” depart twice a day to take tourists to the beautiful Cumberland Island that fronts the Atlantic Ocean. It is the home of over 200 wild horses and other protected wildlife that roam the island. The annual sea turtle hatch is a popular attraction. Cumberland Island beach is one of the top 10 beaches in the US.

St. Marys is a Historical city that dates back to the 1500's and it has something to please everyone. You will find excellent fishing and boating on the St. Marys River and boat access to the Atlantic ocean less than one mile away. Less than a half mile away is the state of the art aquatic center with pools for children and adults, a library, bowling alley, movie theater and additional shopping.

St. Marys is centrally located on the southeast coast of Georgia at Exits 1 and 3 off Interstate 95. It is located between Jacksonville, Florida and is a 30 minute drive from the Jacksonville International Airport. Historic Savannah, Georgia is located 90 miles to North. Within a 40 minute drive north you can reach the “Georgia Golden Isles” beaches (St. Simons, Jekyll Island, Sea Island). Fernandina/Amelia Island and Jacksonville beaches are located 25 miles South. It is an hour drive to St. Augustine Florida which is the “Oldest City” in the United States. We are also very conveniently located for a short trip to Disney World, Sea World, Universal Studios and all other Orlando, Florida area attractions. The Okefenokee National Wildlife Refuge is located only 40 minutes west of town and makes a great day trip.
