Fully refundable upon full payment of rent
and completion of rental dates and condo left in the same condition
as when you checked in. Security deposit  is due within 7
days of booking reservation.
Balance of Full payment is due 30 days prior to arrival. Check or
money order
11% Government imposed Resort Tax for stays less than 6 months
$75.00 Cleaning fee for cleaning at departure will be deducted from
the security deposit at completion of rental.
