This is a beautiful home located on Tecumseh Island's main channel
with 180 feet of water front. It offers a large boat house
with an electrical lift. There is 30 feet additional docking space
along the side channel. Enjoy sunsets down the main channel from the
point of this corner lot. A swim ladder is on the point of the
property for cooling off on the hot summer days and nights.

This 3rd year rental has two bedrooms with a queen size bed in each
and one full bath. A full size futon bed is available in the living
room. Our house has been completely upgraded with new appliances,
tile flooring, and carpet. The furnished screened porch is a
relaxing place to end each day of your Indian Lake vacation.

We have added a new outdoor brick patio as well as a fire pit.
Enjoy great fishing off the point of the property.

This house is located at the end of a private drive with a total of
six houses. It is off the main island road and is a very private,
peaceful location.
