Palm Villa is furnished with your comfort and enjoyment in mind and includes many extra features and facilities to give your group the best ever vacation - FREE Wireless Internet, bikes, golf clubs, BBQ, and Games Room with quality pool table, movies, Xbox and darts to keep the youngsters happy while you relax by the pool. These extra facilites you normally have to rent from the agent at an additional cost.

Our home is completely Family Friendly and includes all these features to make sure EVERYONE in your group has a fabulous time - because we know if the kids are happy then the adults get to relax too:

*  heated pool, underlit at night with lots of comfortable seating to lay and     read, sleep, eat together, with lighting for evenings or just laze the day away, inflatable toys provided
*  separate Games Room with pool table, safety darts game, TV and DVDs,Xbox
*  Nintendo Wii with Sports and Rock Star games
*  and ping-pong table - we hear of fabulous family tournaments that have run all week long!
*  two bikes for pedalling around our peaceful community, will suits ages 8 - 16
*  42" flat screen TV with DVD and surround sound sytem with stock of DVDs for family movie fun
*  collection of board games such as Ker Plunk, Mastermind etc
*  crib with bedding, highchair & two strollers plus stack of plastic plates, drink cups, spoons

*  Baby sling (to carry them around close to you), baby bath and toddler toilet seat
*  Community playground and tennis courts for free use by our guests
*  first aid kit for family mishaps
*  safety alarms on all pool doors plus extra lock high-up to thwart little fingers on main door
*  4 single beds in two rooms with nightlights and extra pillows, covers if needed
*  stock of beach towels provided as well as hand and bath towels to save packing heavy items
*  TV/DVD combo in the second master bedroom plus cable TV

We have also resurfaced our 26 foot pool and replaced the furniture with quality loungers and chairs and lots of cushions for your comfort. Our pool enjoys sun all day long unlike many others and is perfect for watching those beautiful Floridian sunrises.

We have TWO master suites with cable TV and both with ensuite bathrooms - perfect for two families sharing the villa.  The bedding is all brand new, with towels provided PLUS a stack of beach towels to save you packing those heavy items.

Just a few lines to say what a great time we had staying at Palm Villa. From the moment of contacting you, everything went so smoothly, that we would definitely consider returning in the future. Booking was simple, communication was great, details and directions to Palm Villa were accurate and straightforward and the support from the mgmt co was both efficient and reassuring. Along with the expected comfortable rooms and furnishings, the Villa has many of the things that are needed for an enjoyable stay in the Orlando area, especially the Golf facilities on site, the well maintained pool and the games room for the kids.

Just a quick line to say how much we enjoyed staying at your spacious Villa in Florida.
It is superbly located for the theme parks and other attractions and was presented lovely and clean on our arrival.(the directions you provided made it easy to find)
We made great use of the pool and everything we needed for a perfect holiday was there.

We had an absolutely brilliant time. The Villa was amazing and was in a perfect little spot to be able to do all the things we wanted to do. The Sat nav was an absolute god send for that as well. The community is gated, peaceful and immaculately kept with 3 big swimming pools, tennis courts, playgrounds, gym and clubhouse serving lunch and dinner plus superb buffet on Sundays - just a stroll away.

Plus a huge Walmart on your doorstep with pharmacy, cashpoint, great wine and local stores plus some fabulous restaurants within walking distance.

Situated just 20 minutes south of Disney, and away from the major traffic on the 192, and close to all the other major attractions in Orlando.

Snowbirds - Fabulous rates for stays of 3 months or longer.

Cleaning charges included for stays of 7 nights or more (not with special offers), $120 for shorter breaks. Pool heat $25 per day, recommended Nov thru Feb.

Payment accepted in US$, UK £ and Canadian dollars.  Options include: personal check, bank transfer, Paypal or via credit card/debit card (some charges apply - please enquire).  Security deposit $250, fully refunded after positive inspection after departure by Villa Inspector.
