Location, location, location. This is a great spot, located just past the bridge going south on Route 394. This home is located directly on the Lake on a quiet private road. The road ends at the start of State land, so there is no through traffic. You can reach almost any section of the Lake from here in minutes. There is a dock reaching out into the Lake that can be used for boat docking, fishing, swimming, or tanning. It is 5 miles from the Chautauqua Institute. It is a very convenient location to reach shopping areas and restaurants.

The house was completely gutted and remodeled in 2001. It has new appliances in the kitchen including a dishwasher and microwave. There is an open living room/dining room area with 3 picture windows and great views of the Lake. It has 3 bedrooms, with a queen size bed, a double bed and twin beds, plus a futon in the living room. There are ceiling fans in each room. With the front and back door open, there is a wonderful breeze. The kitchen is equipped with an abundant supply of dishes and small appliances. There are TVs, a DVD and VCR. There is a new front porch with a patio set and Adirondack chairs. In addition there is a picnic table on the lawn and chairs around the fire pit.

Swimming, boating fishing, visiting with family, relaxing by the water, are just a few of the attractions here. The number one stress reliever is just sitting by the water with a good book. There is nothing like it! Boats and other equipment are available for rent at several nearby Marinas. Many tourist attractions can be reached in minutes. These include the famous Chautauqua Institution, Midway Park, Long Point State Park, and in nearby Jamestown, the Lucy-Desi Museum and the Roger Tory Peterson Institute. This is also a great place for golfers and antique hunters.
