Sunset Beach Bliss! Come enjoy a relaxing and comfortable stay at our spacious top-floor condo, only 5 minutes' drive from the unspoiled beauty of Sunset Beach, and the fantastic seafood of Calabash. Overlooking the fountain in one of Sunset Village's numerous water features, our villa enjoys a beautiful water view from both the Master Bedroom, Screened Porch and Great Room. We offer 3 bedrooms (2 King-sized beds & 2 XL Twins) and 2 full baths, a large open great room with vaulted ceiling, dining area, and full sized kitchen, all recently redecorated and furnished.

Our master bedroom, the "lighthouse suite," is bright and airy. It has a King-sized bed, a walk-in closet and private bathroom, with access to the screened porch through a sliding glass door. Our second King-sized bed is located in the spare bedroom, decorated in nautical blues and stripes. The third bedroom boasts a tropical fish theme, suitable for both boys and girls, and two extra-long twin beds. The second bathroom is located just a few steps across the hall from both these rooms. All bedrooms have televisions (with cable), as well as a 32" HD LCD flat-screen with HDTV service in the Great Room (where guests will also find a small collection of DVDs). We also provide free Wi-Fi (high-speed internet service) at the condo.  For a larger group of seven or eight, there is a queen-size pull out sofa in the Living area of the Great Room.

Soft seating for six and tranquil colors make the Living Room portion of the Great Room a pleasing spot for conversation, or a great book - or to watch some movies together. Adjoining it is the dining area, with seating for six at the table, plus four more seats at the bar, facing our kitchen. The kitchen is bright and well-stocked with enough plates, cutlery, and cookware to feed a hungry family. Plenty of room has been left in the pantry closet to accommodate a large order of groceries from the nearby Lowe's Foods (which offers a Lowe's Food To Go grocery ordering service, so you can skip the drudgery of grocery shopping and spend more time enjoying yourselves.) Instead, spend your time enjoying the mild temperatures of this North Carolina coastal town out on our screened-in porch, where you can close your eyes and lose yourself in the gentle sound of cascading water; so take advantage of your lofty perch to observe the hunting habits of a white Egret or Great Blue Heron, who visit daily, lured by the many ponds which are well-stocked with tilapia (Or you can give the birds a little competition, and bring your fishing pole.)

The Great Room and every Bedroom has a ceiling fan and are bright with natural light. And this villa offers all the expected amenities of a full-time home: the kitchen has a dishwasher, microwave, garbage disposal and full-sized fridge (with ice maker) and oven. A full-sized side-by-side washer and dryer, ironing board and iron keep you free from laundromat hassles. Parents will appreciate not having to drag along the baby's portable crib or highchair, as a Fisher Price booster seat (with dishwasher-safe food tray) and a Costco "pack-n-play" style portable crib (complete with fitted sheets) are there waiting for families with little ones.

The quiet golfing community of Sunset Village at Sandpiper Bay offers a wide variety of activities for every member of your party. It's just a short walk through our quiet community to get to the grounds of the 27 hole Sandpiper Bay Golf and Country Club. Sunset Village also makes available two swimming pools (just a few hundred feet walk around the corner from our building) and jacuzzi, picnic areas, and tennis courts. The roads, golf cart paths and trails through and around the grounds provide ample opportunities for bicycling or pleasant walks, so you can get a closer look at the beautiful grounds, manicured greens, and shady lagoons.

• Twin/Single Bed (2) : 2 XL Twin Beds in the 3rd Bedroom (Guests may request in advance that the 2 twins be pushed together with a "bed bridge" for a 3rd King-sized bed.)
• Convertible Bed: Queen-sized pull-out couch is available in the Living Room portion of the Great Room.
• Kid-Friendly:  Crib (A "pack-n-play" style portable crib) & Fisher Price booster seat (w/ dishwasher safe tray) provided.  Glider-style rocker in the great room.

• Cable/Satellite TV (4) : Television in each of 3 bedrooms and 32" HD LCD flat-screen with HDTV service in the Great Room. Expanded cable available (73 Channels).

• Video Library: Approximately 2 dozen DVDs are kept at the condo. Several Video Rental stores are also a few minutes' drive away.
• Shared Hot Tub: A Jacuzzi is available at both of the Sunset Village community's pools, just a short walk from our building.
• Shared Pool: The Sunset Village community provides two outdoor pools. No lifeguard staff are present, so children must be accompanied by an adult. Pool hours are 10 a.m. to 10 p.m.
