Vacation Rental Description

You will love our newly renovated upscale two bedroom, two bath, 
beautifully decorated, luxury oceanfront property!!  This Non-
Smoking, No Pet condominium is located on the FIFTH FLOOR CORNER of 
the Windjammer Condominium Complex which is located in Cape 
Canaveral near the famous Cocoa Beach Pier.  Our condo is tiled 
throughout with new furnishings.  It is a beautiful vacation condo!

You will enjoy the ocean views from the kitchen, living room/dining 
room, master bedroom, and private balcony.  The private balcony is 
located off the master bedroom and living room area.

The master bedroom has a queen size bed with beautiful direct ocean 
views.  The guest bedroom has two twin beds.  There is a fully 
equipped kitchen with all new deluxe appliances for your cooking 
needs!  This unit has a new full-size washer and dryer in the 
laundry room.

Go to Port Canaveral to watch the cruise and fishing ships depart.  
The largest cruise ships leave out of the Cape Canaveral Port.  
Watch shuttle launches from Cape Canaveral; watch submarines in the 
ocean; watch dolphins and turtles; walk on the beach; watch the 
surfers or be a surfer; fish; or search for sea shells.  Soak up the 
sun and relax in the beautiful, heated swimming pool.  Walk to 
famous Cocoa Beach Pier; shop at nearby stores; and eat at nearby 
excellent restaurants. Listen to the ocean waves and relax in the 
loungers on the private balcony.

Orlando is only a 45-60 minute drive.  Have fun at all the Disney 
theme parks.  Enjoy all the other family entertainment that Orlando 
has to offer but stay at the ocean in a beautful, luxury vacation 
condo.

Kennedy Space Center is within minutes and will delight everyone as 
it showcases exploration of space.  The Canaveral National Seashore 
stretches 25 miles along Florida's Space Coast . . . A favorite of 
vacationing families.  It is the longest stretch of natural beach on 
the East Coast of Florida.  Quiet and solitude are easy to come by 
on this beach!

There are endless opportunities and memories awaiting you!  There is

Vacation Rental Amenities

Our vacation home has a fully equipped kitchen with all new 
appliances.  All cooking utensils are provided.  It has a telephone, 
cable television, DVD, stereo, CD player, air conditioning, and full 
size washer and dryer.  All linens are provided.  There is a heated 
pool (shared) and a poolside BBQ grill.  There is an on-site 
recreation room.

No smoking.  No pets.

Biking, golf, miniature golf, amusement parks, fishing, wildlife 
viewing, shopping, restaurants, museums, sightseeing, swimming, 
snorkeling and diving, boating, sailing, surfing, windsurfing,

Vacation Rental Rates

Monthly Rates . . . $1850-$2500 per month depending on season and 
availability.  Add Florida Tax (unless a 6 month + rental) to all 
rates and a $75 professional clean fee/set-up fee.
