Experience the ambience and comfort of this lovely beach home just a four minute walk from San Clemente's historic pier.  The famous white sand beach invites sunning, sand-castle building, body surfing and boogie boarding by day.  By night, relax around a roaring fire at one of the many beach fire-pits after watching the sun set over the majestic Pacific Ocean as it drops behind Santa Catalina Island.  Any hard core surfers in your group?  Bring your boards, wet suits, and take on the challenge of the best surf California offers at the Pier, T Street Beach, or the renowed 'Trestles'. 

Casa on Cazador is an inviting location to hold a family reunion or a group get-together.  The main floor boasts bamboo flooring, an open living room with grand piano and dining area that can seat 8.  French doors exit to an ocean view balcony with table and chairs, wicker furniture conversation area and gas grill.  The inviting kitchen seats 6 at its granite counters and has new appliances while a family room with efficiency kitchen and a guest bedroom and bath complete the main floor plan.  The spacious second floor master suite includes a balcony ocean view deck and a large garden view bedroom.

Everything needed for a perfect San Clemente day at the beach will be awaiting guests at the Casa on Cazador:  beach chairs, boogie boards, sand toys, umbrellas, sun screen, woven mats and beach towels.  When you return from the beach, rinse off the sand at the outside shower on the rear patio and then set up a wicket course on the luxuriant lawn for a rousing croquet match or play a game of bocce ball instead.

Amenities include living room flat screen HDTV with two additional TV's in other rooms, Direct TV, three DVD/VCR players, wireless internet, DVDs, Videos, CDs, and a library of books and games for both adults and children, two king size and one queen size bed plus a pull out sleeper sofa.

A five minute walk to Del Mar Street and you're amidst shopping options galore. From swimwear to antiques, trendy boutiques and jewelry shops there's an 'aha' moment for every shopper's pleasure.  Shopping not on your agenda?  Then pamper yourself with a treatment at one of the many spas and salons at your service.  Excellent eating ranges from the five-star White Horses Restaurant across from the pier to local favorites such as The Fisherman, The Beach Garden, Italian Cravings, Billy's Deli, Avila's El Ranchito and the Beach Fire Grill.

Going North 30 to 40 minutes on Interstate 5:  Disneyland, California Adventure, Knottsberry Farm await. 

North on Pacific Coast Highway is famous Laguna Beach with its many art galleries, museum, famous sand volleyball courts while continuing north is renowed Fashion Island, a shopper's paradise.

Going South on Interstate 5:  Legoland in Carlsbad, San Diego Zoo, Wild Animal Park and Marineland, in addition to San Diego's Balboa Park.
