Tranquility Cove in Lake Norman

Welcome to privacy on Lake Norman!  Come stay in the waterfront, lower-level of this lovely home...it is set on 1 and 1/2 acres, and features a circular driveway, mature trees, an on-site boat ramp and a huge dock!    This is the full lower-level of a private home; it has its own private entrance, and and is set up with a Tiki bar theme.  It offers a huuuuuge master bedroom, nice sized full bath, full laundry room, and an open kitchen/bar/living room.   The bedrooms and living area have french doors, which open to the lake.  The kitchen features a granite bar & pub table. It has been updated & freshly painted, and is nicely furnished. 

Pet friendly (with pet fee).  Limit of one pet; he/she must be spayed/nuetered.

NOTE: The owners live in the upstairs unit; you can feel confident that your privacy will be a priority.

May1-31:  900.00/week.  weekends rentals are based on availablity, and are a two-night minimum.  See holiday rates for Memorial Day week/weekend.

June 1-August 30     $1000.00/week, or a weekend 'stay & play' pkg (2 nights in home, 8-hour day with boat) for $749.00 (based on availability)....

September 1-30    $900.00/week  See holiday rates for Labor Day....

October 1-April 30:   $1400.00/month. Weekly or weekend stays are based on availability. 

Holiday weeks (including Memorial Day, 4th of July,  Race week, and fishing tournament week):   $1250.00

 Security deposit is required, is based on lenth of stay, and is a minimum of $350.00. Be sure to ask about adding Vacation Insurance for an additional 49.00, if you would like to eliminate a security deposit!

The cleaning fee is $100.00, and is in addition to the above posted rates.

Minimum pet fee is $100.00. ONE pet is allowed with a non-refundable pet fee.   

Payments/Cancellations/Refunds

Payments can be made prior to arrival via checks, money orders, etc, or via debit/credit card on our website at  www lakenormanstayandplay com or www lakenorman-boatrentals com.  Payment must be made in full within 30 days of your arrival date.

A 50% refund will be offered for any cancellations made 30 days or more before your arrival date.

No refunds will be offered for cancellations that are made less than 30 days of your arrival date.

A returned check fee of $25.00 will be applied to any returned checks.

Important information about deposits:

We now offer 'vacation insurance for an additional $49.00....this will eliminate a security deposit!   Please indicate if you would like this option.

Deposits can be in the form of a check.  Note that security deposit checks will be cashed!  We will issue a refund within 2 weeks after your departure, unless damages are made to the home, the property, or its contents. 

Cleaning fee is $100.00, unless you choose a 'stay & play" package-it is included in package price.

Weekend or partial week rentals with a two-night minimum stay, depending on availability. Nightly rate ranges from $150.00 to $250.00, depending on season. NOTE: We can not accommodate a single night stay.

****Booking & deposits*******

Security deposit is based on the length of stay, with a minimum of $300.00....it is fully refundable within 20 days of departure.  Your deposit can be a separate check, but please note that we do not hold deposit checks.   You also have the option to purchase vacation rental insurance for an additional 49.00.  This will eliminate the security deposit.

Mimimum non-refundable pet fee is $100.00.  THERE IS A ONE PET LIMIT.  Pets must be spayed/neutered, and must be crated if home alone.  We offer crate rentals for $10.00/night, or 40.00/week.

• Your pet vacations with you without a pet deposit.  
• Your pet makes a 'deposit' inside the home.
• Key(s) are not returned after your departure.
• Additional family members/friends, etc vacation with you.  Guests are welcome to visit, however the maximum overnight capacity is 5.
• Excessive trash left onsite.
• Smoking inside the home.
