Welcome to privacy on Lake Norman!  Come stay in the waterfront, lower-level of this lovely home...it is set on 1 and 1/2 acres, and features a circular driveway, mature trees, an on-site boat ramp and a huge dock!    The apartment has its own private entrance, and and is set up with a Tiki bar theme.  It offers a huuuuuge master bedroom, nice sized full bath, full laundry room, and an open kitchen/bar/living room.   The bedrooms and living area have french doors, which open to the lake.  The kitchen features a granite bar & pub table. It has been updated & freshly painted, and is nicely furnished.

NOTE: The owners live in the  upstairs unit; you can feel confident that your privacy will be a priority.

Non-refundable pet deposit is $100.00 (per pet).

Weekend or partial week rentals with a two-night minimum stay. Nightly rate ranges from $125.00 to $250.00, depending on season.

****Booking & deposits*******

Security deposit is based on the length of stay, with a minimum of $300.00....it is fully refundable within 20 days of departure.  Your deposit can be a separate check, that will be held.  In most cases, your original check is returned to you after your departure.  

Mimimum non-refundable pet fee is $100.00 per pet.

• Your pet vacations with you without a pet deposit.  
• Your pet makes a 'deposit' inside the home.
• Key(s) are not returned after your departure.
• Additional family members/friends, etc vacation with you.  The maximum overnight capacity is 5.
• Excessive trash left onsite.

Debit or credit cards can be used on our website (www lakenormanstayandplay com). We also accept checks, cashiers checks, and cash.    All checks must clear prior to arrival.
