The estates is a private compound on the beach and is currently accepting 2009 - 2010 reservations for a new 6,200sq ft, 6 bedroom home.  The one story home is set 40’ from the shoreline and has a 180 degree view of the ocean. 

There is a 400’ private beach in front of the home with white sand protected by two reefs. There are 64 coconut trees and dozens of other types of island vegetation along with acting as a sanctuary for several local bird species.

This Plantation style home has a 25' high rock and hardwood grand entrance that leads into a living room with 8 huge 10' circular windows that are just 40' from the ocean. The Grand Living Room has stone and hardwood floors with 6 chandeliers and 8 built in Bose speakers in the ceiling, making it the perfect setting for up to 50 family members or guests.

Every room has vaulted ceilings, custom trim and custom built furniture which includes drawers for the closets, hutch, large book case, large dining room table that seats 18 and elegant cabinets in the bathrooms and kitchen.

The kitchen has granite counter tops, high end appliances, travertine floor, 8' custom built luvared swinging doors, french doors to the outside and large windows facing the beach 40' away.

The Master Bedroom has two large french doors leading to the ocean, tigerwood floors, rounded walls, walk in closet, Bose sound system, custom lighting and windows along with two custom ceiling fans and custom carved double entry hardwood doors.

The Master Bathroom has a custom rock and tile spa that seats up to 8 people, a shower with three shower heads, a vanity with custom cabinets, granite counter tops and two external glass bowls as sinks. The ceiling has two skylights, custom lighting and Bose speakers.

Every bedroom has vaulted ceilings, large windows facing the mountains and ocean, custom drawers and closets, louvered double closet doors and custom ceiling fans and lighting.

The long hallways leading to the bedrooms have vaulted ceilings, custom motion lighting and hardwood flooring. Every door is hardwood and many of them have custom carvings.

The home has custom lighting surrounding the outside of the home and in each room of the home. The roof has an island style look and the outside walls are built with lava rock and earth tone stucco and paint. The home fits into its surroundings and gives you an island feel both inside and out.
