Spencer's Access in Gun Lake

This lovely and recently remodeled home has just entered the rental market. NO, it's not right on the water, but it comes with a shared access swimming area and boat dock just a short walk down the street (1 1/2 block). A private fenced in back yard offers a fire pit & grill. Located within walking distance to the convenience store, pizza place, coffee shop, movie rentals, and the Bay Pointe.

Pets: Feel free to bring any four legged family members as well. We do not allow any pets on the beds or furniture, and require you to clean up after your pets inside & outside prior to departure.

Property Usage Agreement:
- No smoking in the house.
- No Pets on Beds or Furniture.
- No more than 10 guests.
-No more than one personal boat.
-No more than 4 automobiles.
-All trash must be carried to bins at departure.
-Check in after 4:00pm.
- Check out prior to 11:00am.

Kitchen - Fully appointed, granite counters, coffee machine, microwave, stove, oven, refidge with water & ice, dish washer.

Living room - Couch, chairs, TV, TVR, DVD, stereo system.

Bedrooms - Master with a queen bed and attached master bath, two additional bedrooms one with a full/double bed and one with a futon bunk (full on the bottom & twin on the top, share a second bathroom.

Mattress pads, pillows, blankets & beadspreads are provided. Renters must provide their own papergoods, cleaning supplies, towels and linens.

The owners 21' pontoon boat may be available for rent too. 40hp mercury, life vests, etc.

Boating, water skiing and fishing. This lake offers great wall-eye, bass and perch fishing. Swimming, biking & hiking at 13,000 acre Yankee Springs recreational area, horse back riding and miniature golf. There are lots of fine and casual dining opportunities close by.

Golfing - 5 courses w/in 5 miles, 12 courses w/in 12 miles.
