Soak up the ocean views, splash in the pool, stroll to the beach or just relax in a hammock. Casa Punta Verde is located in the increasingly popular beach community known as La Punta. The home is right on the bus/collectivo route so you won't miss out on everything Puerto Escondido has to offer.
There is also a new attached 1 bedroom 1 bath suite available to rent separately or included as part of the main house for a discount. *
Both units have access to the swimming pool, BBQ grill and laundry facilities and each have an outdoor dining area.
* Although the main house has ocean views from all three levels, the suite does not.

* 4 minute walk to a less crowded part of Zicatela beach.
* Surf lessons, surfboard rentals, SUP tours, horseback riding, spanish lessons and deep sea fishing can be arranged.
* Check the surf in the morning from the top two floors of the main house... depending on the time of year you may see whales too.
* 7 minute walk to La Punta / the Point of Zicatela; a nice left point break for beginner to advanced surfers. La Punta has a few shops, groceries, juice bars and palapa restaurants... a great place to relax and sip a cold drink at sunset.
* Stand-up-Paddle tours of the river or lagoon are available at a discount to guests.
* La Punta is a quiet and beautiful community 10 minutes South of downtown Puerto Escondido by collectivo or taxi. We're conveniently located on the collectivo route (4 pesos will take you all the way to the market!).
* Watch the sunrise, sunset or stargaze from the rooftop deck.
* We are a 5 minute taxi ride to the Zicatela hotel zone which has restaurants, bars, shops. It is another popular surfing spot for advanced and expert surfers only.
