Enjoy this newly constructed, ski-in, ski-out chalet that sleeps up to 18 guests. Ski out the door to the Lumberjack lift or ski down the green runs to the Union Station ski school. During the summer enjoy golf, hiking, biking, go carting, horseback riding, ATV adventures, white water rafting, fly fishing and much more.  After a long day of activities you can enjoy the private hot tub with breath taking mountain views. The gourmet kitchen is a joy to prepare a meal at home or you can enjoy the restaurants at the nearby Village of Copper Mountain.

* Refundable Damage Deposit $1,000, Hold Authorization on Credit Card. Damages charged.
* Daily Maid Service $50 per day.($80/day after April 30, 2011) Required to ensure home is kept in good condition during stay
* Departure Clean fee: $225 five bedroom. Free with rental of 5 days or more. Rates will be $300 after April 30th, 2011.
* 50% of payment due to confirm reservation, 50% due 30 days before arrival.
