Timber Trail Lodge-ski in/out with private shuttle in Breckenridge

Timber Trail Lodge is a new custom luxury home located on the slopes of Breckenridge. It has fantastic access to the slopes, plenty of comfortable and elegant living space, and views that stretch all the way to Keystone. 

When you enter the home on the main floor you are immediately greeted by a floor to ceiling, see-through, rock fireplace. To the right of this fireplace is a fantastic open living room offering ample seating, fantastic views, and a large flat screen TV. To the left of the fireplace is the dining room which features seating for 10 at the table and an additional 4 at the bar. Past the dining room you'll find the kitchen offering a Wolf range, double ovens, tons of counter space, and even a TV to entertain while cooking. This kitchen is fully supplied with all the cookware, bakeware, small appliances, dishes, utensils, etc. 

Down a half of a level is the main master suite. This room offers a fireplace, TV, private balcony, and a king sized bed. The master bathroom offers dual sinks, glass shower, and a jetted soaking tub with excellent views. 

Down to the bottom floor are two more bedrooms. The first offers a queen bed and a twin day bed with a twin trundle; there is also a private bathroom attached to this room. The second is a bunk room with two sets of bunk each featuring a twin on top and a full on bottom. There is also a TV in this room and a private bathroom.

On the top level you will find two more master bedrooms. They both feature queen beds, private luxurious bathrooms and one of them offers a fireplace. 

Down on the other bottom floor is where the fun begins!! This area offers a pool table, sauna, pub table and a large flat screen TV. This is the perfect gathering area for the whole family!

This home also offers great outdoor space, several balconies, a hot tub, BBQ grill, and of course convenient access to the slopes and to town!

This property can accommodate a maximum of 14 adults, or 16 total with children.

The minimum age limit to rent is 30.
Guests under the age of 30 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times.

This property can accommodate a maximum of 5 vehicles.
4x4 is highly recommended during any date that snow may occur.

Ski access is via the neighborhood ski access about 75 steps out the garage.
Ski access is onto Peak 8 - Trygve's Terrain Park - a green run!

Minimum night stay requirements do apply, and for dates that allow less than a 5 night minimum stay there is a cleaning fee of $400 + tax that will be applied to your rental.

The refundable damage deposit is $1,000.00 and will be collected in advance.
