The Brumback House is a restored 19th century farmhouse in Shenandoah Woods, our private 200 acre wooded valley in the shadows of the Shenandoah National Park near Luray, Virginia. The Brumback House features real exposed stone and brick, a wood burning fireplace, TV with Dish Network, slate patio, 2nd story deck and porch, all with great views of the Shenandoah Valley. The downstairs level has the living room, sitting area, kitchen and bathroom. The upstairs has 2 bedrooms and a deck. You'll have access to our private roads and hiking trails, pond with picnic shelter, playground canoes and paddleboat, spectacular mountain views and SECLUSION!
Shenandoah Woods: Shenandoah Woods is our private 150 acre valley in the shadows of Shenandoah National Park, south of Luray, Virginia. We have seven vacation properties, a new Wedding Pavilion, a stocked pond, picnic shelter, lots of mountain hiking and seclusion. We have properties designed for couples, families, multiple familes, corporate retreats and civic groups like churches and scouts. Large groups often reserve multiple properties. We want our guests to have fun but our properties are NOT for wild parties. Fraternities looking for a party house should look elsewhere.
Shenandoah Woods is a wonderful location for a destination wedding. We have a new wedding Pavilion that will accommodate 200 guests. Luray has been ranked the number 2 most beautiful wedding location in America. Please take a look at our website for more information.
