Colina Del Mar in Guanacaste

Beautiful marble counter tops reach from end to end between a large double-door stainless steel refrigerator, large electric stove and oven, dishwasher, and all the cooking and serving items imaginable.

From the deck by the pool, a lower level is accessible, independent of the house above. This poolside apartment includes two bedrooms that share a common bath and a comfortable living area with the same simple elegance that permeates everything inside the walls of this secret garden. Each room has a queen-sized bed, and a small daybed in one of the rooms is ideal for a child. Double doors open from the living area on to the common patio where the pool lies to the left and a state of the art grilling area to the right. This ample deck area is a balcony that seems to overlook the world.

A second building houses two more independent rooms on the north end of the patio. Each of these units consists of one bedroom with a queen sized bed and generous bath. The second floor bedroom has a small private patio that opens to views of the ocean horizon.

Among the structures that make up Colina Del Mar, an exuberant tropical garden completes the dream-like sensation created by the dizzying view. Humming birds and colorful butterflies are also drawn to this spectacular spot, which is simply a delight.
