This condo is not close to the beach, this deluxe condo is on the
Beach! This condo is on the sand. You're so close to
the water, you could throw a coin in the ocean from the balcony.
Location...Location...Location. Unlike other rentals, this community
is very quiet. Located just north of Carlsbad and far south of the
Oceanside Pier. When the beach gets too crowded, no worries, this
Community has its own private beach!
So, why stay in a hotel paying $300 per night that's located 1 to
2 miles from the beach. With this condo, you never have to leave
the beach. You can have breakfast on the balcony watching the early
morning surfers, joggers and pelicans. Have a picnic lunch on the
beach and what would be better than to finish your day having a BBQ
and a
glass of wine as you watch the sun set over the ocean. And when the
sun goes down, you can see the lights on the pier and you can't help
but be relaxed by the beautiful sounds of the waves crashing on the
beach.
This deluxe condo has just been completely remodeled with a very
nice clean look. As you'll see in the photo's, the family room,
Kitchen, bathroom and hallway have real Beachwood floors.
The kitchen is fully loaded with everything you'll need for your
stay. However, you will have to bring your own food.
The furniture in the family room is all new.
The family room is awesome!!! High ceilings, bright with a breath
taking view.
The family room has a very nice leather couch that doubles as a
Queen size pull out "air mattress" bed (very comfortable), a nice
Leather sofa chair, beach wood coffee table, ceiling fan, beach wood
Wall unit with a 54" HDTV, DVD, VCR and stereo.
The family room also has a gas fire place, the westerly wall is all
Glass, so that you can always see the ocean and there are two sliding
Glass doors that take you to the balcony. The family room - kitchen
area has a high table with four high back chairs.
There is a large balcony that has a very nice high table with four
chairs, umbrella and a gas BBQ.
There is a very nice half bath just off the family room.
The bedroom has upgraded carpet, all new furniture, a
new pillow-top queen size bed, mirrored closet doors, tall dresser,
two night stands with lamps, ceiling fan, desk, TV, DVD, VCR and
wires modem and data point for your computer.
The master bath has two sinks, a tub/shower and a sky light that
opens. Between the bedroom and bathroom there is a full size front
load washer and dryer.
This beautiful community has plush landscaping and the surrounding
area is lined with palm trees. You will experience the "Beach Life".
This is a hot spot for surfers, body surfers, swimming, jogging,
cycling, walking, skate boarders, ocean fishing, kite flying, etc.
This is a gated community.
There is a reserved space in the gated underground parking garage
as well as guest parking (first come first serve).
There is an elevator that goes from the parking garage to the two
levels.
This is a beautiful place to stay and I welcome you to take advantage
of this opportunity.

River, Mexico, Disney Land, Knotts Berry Farm and Universal Studios
is within driving range. HWY 5, the Coaster and Amtrak train are
