Vacationing and living at Seaplace you will enjoy lush grounds covered in old Banyan trees and gorgeous open views of the Gulf from most parts of the community. Amenities include private beachfront with grill area, pool/spa, clubhouse, tennis, playground, and guard gate.
Master Bedroom has a king size bed, private lanai, private bath, television, large closets.
2nd Bedroom has two twin beds, nice closet and television.
Bedroom 3 can be used as a bedroom or den. It has a pullout sofa and a television.
Unit/building is close to beach and pool, situated well away from Gulf of Mexico Drive. Unit has a nice lawn area off the screened lanais(wonderful area for the kids/grandkids to run and play, while the adults can watch from the lanai). Tennis can be viewed from unit as well.
