The Simonton Studio is neat, sweet and complete. This pet friendly accommodation is the perfect location for exploring Key West. So, get out there and live it up in Key West and come home to a king size bed and everthing you need to fix your own cocktails and grilled shrimp. Two bicycles are provided to explore the island.
Located in a 6 unit compound this tiny Association is located in the heart of Old Town on Simonton St. Walk to the Hemmingway House, the Butterfly Conservatory and stroll Duval street with it's shops, restaurants, galleries and museums. There is a Laundromat providing drop off service a block away.

The condo features a king size bed, free wifi service, full size fridge and stove, fully equipped kitchen, Cable TV, Air Conditioning and a coffee table that rises up to dining height. The bath has a spacious walk-in shower.
You have a patio outside where you can drink your morning coffee and take in the warm breeze. A shared gas grill is also provided. I provide two bicycles with locks to explore the island.
