Serenity Cove in Garden City

Serenity Cove is our very tastefully decorated three bedroom, two bath relaxing vacation hideaway. We are pet friendly and welcome you to bring your well behaved pets on vacation with you. The large living room 20X40 is decorated with elegant yet fun "beachy" accents. Enjoy the super comfy sofa, recliner, Queen Anne chair, rocker chair and large TV/DVD player. There is also a Papasan Chair to curl up and watch TV in. The kitchen is fully equipped for the chef, including a microwave, coffee maker, waffle maker, a breakfast bar with high chairs, and a large table that is surrounded by four chairs with a new ceiling fan overhead. The kitchen has a ceramic tile, and there is also a tile floor in the laundry room. Serenity Cove's bright & large kitchen is fully equipped in every way! The front "Wicker Room" is totally surround by windows for a bright and sunny atmosphere and has a cozy day bed to curl up and read your favorite book. (We provide a large book selection) There is an incredibly comfortable king size bed in the master bedroom (unbelievably comfortable) with a private bath. This bedroom also has a TV. The queen bedroom has a TV and shares a bathroom with the 3rd bedroom, which has a daybed with a trundle also has a TV/VCR. There is also a washer, dryer and iron and ironing board for your use. This classic, beautifully decorated beach house is waiting for our guests. This property also has a shared screened in porch with a glass table and chairs to enjoy your morning coffee and an old fashion large rocking chair. Enjoy a great Garden City Beach location that is 500 yards away from the pier and a wonderful park for crabbing and fishing, and 1/2 of a mile from a great public family beach and less than a mile to the famous Garden City Fishing Pier. It's a short walk to the beach and you are within walking distance to town, park, golf, churches, Sara J's Restaurant, and the piers. The pier even has live music and two pubs, plus lots of wonderful old-fashioned games like skee ball. Our guests will be just a few minutes from everything that Myrtle Beach offers.  Remember our property is pet friendly.

Your kitchen is fully equipped for the chef, including a microwave, coffee maker, waffle maker, a drop down breakfast bar with stools for the kids, and a large white tile table that is surrounded by four chairs with a new ceiling fan overhead. The kitchen has a new oak laminate floor, and there is also a new floor in the laundry room. Serenity Haven's bright & large kitchen also features a brand new glass top stove, Krups Expresso maker, a food processor, waffle/sandwich makers, electric slicer, toater oven, Mrs. Tea, juicer, even mugs that can be frozen, and an under the counter radio/CD player. This is one great kitchen that is fully equipped in every way!

This special vacation property has been thoughtfully furnished and equipped down to the smallest of details. Guests will enjoy having a cable television in every bedroom, a VCR in the twin bedroom, a DVD player, and stereo. The wall unit is filled with videos, books, and games so you will really have a home away from home. There is also a Sony playstation and games for rainy day fun!!

Our pampered guests will appreciate the three very spacious bedrooms with lovely quality linens, soft blankets, and pretty comforters. The first bedroom features a comfortable king bed with a cozy quilted comforter, a second bedroom is furnished with a great queen bed, and the third bedroom is equipped with two twin beds. There is also a wicker day bed that is loaded with pillows along with a pull out trundle that forms a king size sleeping area.

Serenity Haven has two bathrooms, one with a cast iron tub, great for soaking after a day at the beach and the second bathroom has a walk-in seated shower and Toto toliet (higher height). There is also a spacious laundry room for your convenience, which includes new Maytag washer and dryer, iron and ironing board and clothes line. Serenity Haven is a perfect year round getaway for families of up to eight, or for couples wanting to relax and enjoy the mild climate in a spacious home away from home.  We are pet friendly and welcome you pets to vacation with you.  Please make sure they are on flea prevention medicine and on a leash at all times.  Please pick up after your pets. Pet toys and bowls provided.

Prime season $1080.00 per week, plus $85.00 cleaning fee, $75.00 pet fee, linens available for use but must be left washed or bring your own linens.  Price is per house, rent total duplex and receive $100.00 off total.  May weeks 595.00 to $795.00 early June $895.00  late August $895.00  Fall weeks starting at $595.00  Winter weeks as low as $395.00 must take 2 weeks. Rent Sept. for $1500. Oct. Nov. $1200.00 a month  Jan. Feb. Mar. $1200.00 per month plus $125.00 exit cleaning fee and pet fee.  April rents for $1500.00 month Must bring own linens for monthly rentals.

$300.00 deposit to hold week, taken by credit card, balance due by check.
