Beautiful Donner Lake home, double lot, two-car garage,
directly across the street from Donner Lake. Completely furnished, including dishes, flaware, cooking utensils, coffee pot, microwave. Pot belly stove in large living room,
fireplace in oversized room downstairs. Three TV's, VCR and DVD player, spacious kitchen with center island.
Wifi included.
Coffee shop, general store three blocks away. One-half mile to Donner
Memorial Park. Downtown Truckee shops and restaurants ten minutes
away - free shuttle to town. Reno, Nevada approximately 35 miles.
North shore Lake Tahoe 20 miles.

dining room seats 8 guests. Large carpeted living room with
vaulted ceiling and large redwood deck with view of Donner Lake. Two
bedrooms upstairs, one queen and one with queen with twin.
Downstairs bedrooms have one double and one trundle bed (functions
as two twins) and queen size sleeper sofa.
Two one-person Malibu kayaks and two mountain bikes are available for your use with this home.
