Check or money order required on all reservations at time of booking. 1/2 of rental amount due at time of reservation (3 business days for mail).  Remaining amount due at time of arrival (check or money order plus $300 security deposit and $75 cleaning fee) Full deposit refunded with 30 day or more cancellation. $250 charge for cancellation of 15 to 29 days notice. $500 charge for cancellation with 14 or fewer day notice.

$300 security deposit due at time of arrival. Amount refunded within 3 business days after check out with no damage or missing items. $75 cleaning fee is non refundable.
