This is a true ocean FRONT condo. Straight ahead you see the island of Lana'i. To the right you see the island of Moloka'i. Everything else is pure blue Pacific Ocean!

The gated, heated swimming pool is only 40 ft. to your left and you look down on it from your 14 X 8 ft. lanai. You'll really enjoy the pub height patio set which allows you to sit up high and catch ALL the fabulous views!

The view from your kitchen is just as fabulous as the living room. Your kitchen is fully equipped. Just bring what you like to eat and drink.

Your master bedroom is on the main floor. You'll have a very comfy King bed along with your tropical furniture and lcd tv on the wall.

The guest bedroom is located upstairs. You'll have a queen bed along with nice tropical furniture tv/dvd/vcr.

The downstairs bathroom has a tub/shower and the upstairs bathroom has a walk in shower.

You'll have 2 1/2 acres to roam around viewing beautiful, lush, tropical plants.

The Tiki Deck is the only deck on Maui that extends over the edge of the ocean. The sunsets are spectacular. You'll have tables and chairs and use of 3 large gas BBQ grills located on the north side of the deck. I can't imagine a nicer spot to sit and take in a majestic Maui sunset. My guests have told me "you tried to tell us how much the deck would mean to us but....there are not enough words"!

You'll be only 10-12 minutes from Lahaina. The condo is far enough away from the modern high rise hotel complexes to allow you to enjoy "real Maui".

We lived on Maui several years and can answer most any questions you might have. When you rent from us we'll provide you with all kinds of "tips" about Maui. Perhaps a great little affordable restaurant you might never find or a way to save money on your rental car or even where to find the best deals on groceries.
