This one bedroom unit sleeps 4 and is completely furnished with a full size ceramic tiled bathroom, separate living room/kitchen area with a full size refrigerator. Ceiling fans in living room and bedroom. A/C, cable tv, pull out Queen size sleeper sofa and a full size bed.  The kitchen is fully equipped with gas cooking, dishware, cookware, coffee maker, microwave and toaster.  Bike rack and laundry room on site. (No sheets and towels are provided, please bring your own.)

This is a NON smoking unit and does not allow pets.  One parking spot is provided.  We rent strictly to responsible families and adults over 25.
