Peaceful and tranquil, a true getaway! Minutes from the beach, fine dining, shopping Montecito's lovely upper and lower villiages, Santa Barbara, and Summerland. Take in a Polo Match, go hiking, biking, sailing or simply nothing at all and get some R&R by the pool. No smoking property. Owner lives in main house on 1.3 acre property, but is not intrusive. Pool, Spa, Garden, Wired & Wireless Internet, DVD/VHS, Washer/Dryer on site.  Cozy Queen sized bed,  pull out Full size sofa bed and full kitchen.
