Lakefront Home in Gated Community/Private Lake in Dingmans Ferry

Centrally located to Philadelphia ( 1 1/2 hrs ) and New York City ( 2 hours). We pride ourselves on repeat guest who have enjoyed the perfect getaway and meeting new friends, the friendly deer.

Located in a gated wooded community .Three level home is yards from the lake which is viewed from all levels of the house. A large deck off the main level has grill and deck furniture to enjoy the view of the lake or watch the family enjoying our volleyball court or swimming from the dock. 

Vaulted wood ceiling in living room and three of the four bedrooms. Master bedroom suite on the upper floor has a private deck with sliding glass door facing lake, a fireplace , king size bed , mirror wall and a large jacuzzi under a skylight. Private shower and utility off the master bedroom.

Dinning room, kitchen and living room with fire place are on the main level with sliding glass door(s) to the deck. Also there are two bedrooms and bathroom. The lower level has a game room with pool table, ping pong table, bar area with dart board, bedroom and laundry room. Walk out to dock and lake. 

Master suite has air conditioning and all other area have celing fans. Linens / towels provided. Washer / dryer , wood fire places (2), cable Tv (3) and stereo system. There is on the deck , a propane grill and table with chairs to enjoy the sunset.

A canoe is also provided for boating / fishing on the lake.  

Inaddition to the lake there are two outside  and one inside pool with in the community that our guest will be able to use.

Short distance from the community one can enjoy: golf, resturants, rafting, hiking,horseback riding,shopping,cinemas,sking. 

Sightseeing, several waterfalls including Childs park, Bushkill falls, Delaware Water Gap National Park.

Rates are based on the season & number of people in party ( max 6).

Rates : start at $525 / weekend Fri -Sunday ( 2 persons)..$1175/ sat - sat.
