It is on the third floor of a three story building (no footsteps above you). The grounds are immaculate; this is more of a home-type complex than the typical highrise, impersonal atmosphere. You will feel at home, we love it and are sure you will too. Our unit was completely remodeled in February with porcelain tile thoughout, new tile counter-tops, and new furniture. *Minimum rental age requirement is 25 years old.

*$200.00 refundable security deposit is required. This must be received at time reservation is made and the balance is due within (14) days prior to arrival.
