Price Reduction!!! The economy's still bad, we know that, therefore, we are reducing our prices for the time being. This is our own personal condo that we rent to help offset the cost of owning it. This is NOT a money-making venture for us. We want to attract good families that will want to stay with us year after year. We can almost gaurantee that you won't find a better price for a direct oceanfront unit.....we are renting our condo right now for the low price of $325 per week. Ours is a TRUE oceanfront condo. It is on the third floor of a three story building (no footsteps above you). The grounds are immaculate; this is more of a home-type complex than the typical impersonal highrise. You will feel at home, we love it and are sure you will too. Our unit was completely remodeled, with porcelain tile thoughout, new tile counter-tops, and new furniture, flat screen TV, WI-FI, and a plush pillow top mattress that is to die for. Off Season - September to February $395.00 weekly, $65.00 Daily.

High Season - March to August $495.00 weekly, $85.00 Daily.

12.5% tax and a departure cleaning fee of $60 will be added.

Special events: Rolex 24 hrs, Daytona 500, Bike Week, Spring Break, Easter, Memorial Day, Coke Zero 400, Labor Day, Biketoberfest $595-995.00 weekly.

*Minimum rental age requirement is 25 years old.

*$200.00 refundable security deposit is required. This must be received at time reservation is made and the balance is due within (14) days prior to arrival.
