to the World Renowned Napa

We offer a three bedroom house, all with queen beds. There are two
bathrooms; the main bathroom has
a full bathtub and shower. The master bathroom has a large tiled
shower with glass shower doors.

stainless sink, dishwasher,
microwave, and gas appliances. It is fully stocked with coffee
maker, toaster, dishes, glasses, and

The entry, living room, dining room, kitchen, and family room all

flooring. The living room has an entertainment center with TV,
DVD/CD player, and stereo. The
family room features a marble fireplace and a desk with high speed

Winter Rates (Oct - April)
$225 per night w/2-night minimum
$1,350/week; $2,400/2-weeks, $4,500/month
SUMMER Rates (May - Sept)
$250 per night w/2-night minimum
$1,450/week; $2,600/2-weeks, $5,100/month
Cleaning fee; $125
Security Deposit; The first night rent is required to hold the reservation.
Final Payment; The balance due must be received 14 days prior to arrival.
The reservation may be canceled for any reason up to 30 days before arrival & 100% of your deposit will be refunded.
