DelMar is centrally located on Vero Beach's Barrier Island on the east coast of Florida, easy to reach by airplane or car.  Major airports include Palm Beach (PBI), Orlando (MCO), and Melbourne (MLB). Miami International is a short 3-hour drive.  Private aircraft may use the Vero Beach Airport.

DelMar's Association maintains a large, heated, oceanside swimming pool and several oceanside shuffleboard courts.  Our beachside clubhouse offers a lending library, sitting, and reading rooms.

DelMar is an active community, whose residents get together for many social functions during the season.  In addition to the pool with outdoor shower, the clubhouse has a full kitchen that can be reserved for private functions, grills for the the residents' use, a screened porch with tables/chairs/ceiling fans, and a large-screen TV with sound system for movies and sporting events.

This is a convenient 1st floor unit, with parking just outside the door.  The living room features a large leather sectional sofa with recliners, 42" HDTV, and DVD player, while the dining table seats 4 or more comfortably. 

The master bedroom, with private bath, has a queen-sized bed, large closet, and plenty of storage.  The second bedroom has twin beds.  The home is fully furnished, including all linens, kitchen appliances and utensils - everything you need for a long and comfortable stay. The Florida room gets morning sun and is a great place to enjoy morning coffee.

Boat rentals, charter fishing are within a mile of DelMar... (off-shore, inshore, ocean, lagoon, and freshwater fishing)
