The name Sun Valley describes this beach area perfectly. Nestled between the Atlantic Ocean and the Hampton River sits this beautiful contemporary furnished beach house. Wonderful ocean views of Hampton Beach and the Atlantic. A one minute walk to beautiful, sandy Seabrook Beach. Miles of beachfront to walk. This home is roomy and comfortable with a huge great room with vaulted ceiling and skylights. Nice second floor deck off the bedroom. The location of this house is superb, two back from the beachfront! This home is part of a duplex up/down. The units can be rented separately or together. WE NOW ACCEPT CREDIT CARDS!! 2.5% added to total fees.

8% NH Rooms Tax. Multi Week Discounts. No indoor smoking and no pets.
