Nestled in the beauty and charm of the Mission Hills of Santa Barbara, this gorgeous old mansion echoes with rich stories of a past filled with romance and passion.

Built in the late 1800's,  this amazing Victorian estate is filled with magical hideaways such as a charming stone gazebo covered in grape vines and twinkle lights, a lush rose garden, ancient Chumash grounds with grinding stones and a sacred circle, a romantic terrace to drink in the sunsets and rooms filled with antiques, original glass, beautiful woodwork and so much more. 

We have two beautiful master bedrooms, a private wing with kitchen, lr and large bedroom and one standard bedroom available for rent, all with eligant furnishings, private bathrooms, succulent breakfast and evening wine. 

Our luxury master bedrooms include rich furnishings, comfortable linens and private bathrooms. Included in rental is a delicious, home cooked breakfast for two and bottle of fine California wine, served in your private quarters or our romantic grounds.
 
If you desire some extra pampering, beyond that already provided by our accommodating hosts, spa services are available from our talented "in house" therapists including therapeutic massage, intuitive chiropractic, clinical kinesiology, acupuncture and detoxifying footbaths at additional discounted rates.

Surrounded by mountains and ocean, the estate is located in a town nicknamed the “American Riviera,” due to its exquisite shops, restaurants, entertainment, natural breathtaking beauty and temperate climate.

Cloaked by grand oak trees, the location is just minutes from town and beaches, and a short walk to the old Mission.

Evening rates (includes gourmet breakfast and evening wine): 

Master bedroom: $235. per eve (Fri - Sun); $215. per eve (Sun - Thurs)

Luxury room: $195. per eve (Fri and Sun); 180. per eve (Sun – Thurs)

Private wing (kit, liv room w/sleeper, large bdrm and bath): $325. per eve

*All rates based on two-night minimum but will accept one night stays for an additional $35. Rates include luxury room, full breakfast, evening wine.

Weekly Rates (includes gourmet breakfast and evening wine):

2 master bedrooms and 1 standard room (sleeps 6): $4200.

1 master bedroom (sleeps 2): $1400.
