gorgeous and private, 1 bedroom, 1 bath cottage is tucked away  
behind palm trees and tropical plants.   
 
It's the perfect size for a week or weekend vacation to Santa  
Barbara. This spacious cottage comes complete with a full kitchen  
and recently renovated bathroom.   
 
To make your stay enjoyable, we have also provided high speed  
internet and cable television.  Hardwood floors and high wood  
ceilings really add to the ambience. There is also a patio with  
furniture and a BBQ for relaxing outdoors.  
 
Perfectly located in luxurious Montecito, it’s just an easy walk  
from shopping and a short drive to downtown Santa Barbara. There is  
nothing better than a full-moon walk on Miramar beach at the end of  
the day and the sunsets are amazing.

Off Season rates (Sept-May) - $225/ni,  $1,400/wk 
Summer rates (June-Aug) - $300/ni, $2000/wk 
$500 refundable security deposit 
$200 cleaning fee 
Major holidays have the same rate as the summer.
