This 2600 square foot, 4 bedroom 4 bath, "like new" beach house is located in the heart of Seagrove. The short stroll to the beach and to the community pool are just two reasons why this home is perfect for your next visit to the Beaches of South Walton.  The beach is only a 4 to 5 minute walk away, and the community pool is only a 1 minute walk away.   

The 1st floor open porch has plenty of outdoor furniture and runs the length of the home.  As you enter, you will walk into a nice living area complete with fire-place, flat screen TV, DVD/VCR and queen sofa sleeper.  There is a dining table and a separate breakfast table. One table seats six, and the other seats four. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the eating and cooking utensils you'll find at your own home.  The kitchen has a side by side refrigerator, gas stove, dishwasher, and microwave.  The breakfast bar has seating for four.  The first floor guest bedroom has two, twin trundle beds with flat screen cable TV.  There is a full bath with a tub/shower combo on the first floor.  There is a Bosch washer/dryer and ice maker in utility pantry.  The back door gives you access to the backyard/deck area complete with enclosed outdoor shower, patio with table that seats six, and a nice charcoal grill.   The second floor has a desk/work area at the top of landing with wireless high speed internet access and phone.  The master bedroom has a king-size bed with a Flat screen TV, DVD player and private bath w/double vanity and walk-in shower.  Another bedroom with king-size bed is also on he second floor and has a flat screen TV, DVD player and access to a full hall bath.  Both king bedrooms have access to the second floor screened-in porch that runs the length of the home.  The third floor has an additional TV/Lounge area with sofa sleeper, chair, flat screen TV, microwave, under counter refrigerator and an adjoining balcony with two high back adirondack chairs.  You can see the Gulf from this balcony.  The third floor also has a bedroom with  double bed.  The bedroom and the lounge area have access to the third floor bath with shower.  More photos of Catch the Wave can be seen on my web page.  Call or email for my website address.
