vacation rental rates
In season rates are $1,500.00 per week, per unit, or $235.00 a night- (In season is April, June, July, August thru Labor Day, the week of Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years and Memorial Day week.
Off season rates are $1,200.00 per week, per unit, or $185.00 a night-( Off season is May(except for Memorial Day week) September after Labor Day week, October, November, December)
Winter monthly rates are $2,800.00, $1,200.00 a week, or $185.00 a night, per unit -( winter months are January, February and March.)
